TRADE TEST

At Mark Manpower International Pvt. Ltd., our Trade Test evaluation process ensures that candidates' skills and suitability for specific trade roles are thoroughly assessed. Typically, this evaluation is conducted by an engineer specializing in the required trade, with the support of a selection board at a technical training institute. The process includes both practical and theoretical testing to verify candidates' capabilities.

When clients request additional interviews and practical tests, the Trade Test evaluation is conducted at the client's premises instead of the technical training institute. This allows for a more customized assessment tailored to the client’s specific needs. The selection board oversees the on-site evaluation, enabling the client to directly observe and assess candidates' performance in a real-world setting. This approach ensures an accurate and comprehensive assessment of candidates' skills and suitability for the role.

Our adaptable Trade Test process guarantees that our clients receive the best possible talent, with evaluations tailored to their specific requirements, ensuring precise and effective candidate selection.

Medical Check-Up

Selected candidates are required to undergo medical examinations at an authorized hospital or clinic to identify any health issues. Only those deemed fit by the medical institution will qualify for foreign employment. Once declared fit, candidates will be invited to sign the employment contract. These medical tests are crucial to ensure the candidates' health and well-being and to comply with the regulations of the destination country. We prioritize the safety and suitability of candidates for overseas employment, ensuring a seamless transition into their new roles.

Required Documents for Government Procedures

The government of India mandates specific documents for Indian citizens seeking foreign employment. These documents must be certified by both the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Chamber of Commerce of India. Once we receive the original documents, our deployment process will be completed within 30 days. The necessary documents include:

  • Demand letter
  • Passport
  • Medical report
  • Employment agreement
  • Guarantee letter

Traveling Aggrements

The travel agreement entails that after the overseas employer or company obtains the required visa endorsements on the passports, they will forward these passports to the respective airlines. This action is crucial for confirming the scheduled flight to the nearest airport near the overseas work site. Working in conjunction with the airlines, all necessary travel arrangements are meticulously organized to guarantee the candidates' departure is smooth and punctual. This systematic approach ensures that candidates are duly documented and legally permitted to travel to their assigned work destination, facilitating their smooth transition to the foreign country.

Orientation

Following the confirmation of their employment, chosen candidates participate in an orientation program designed to emphasize key elements of the work conditions and offer detailed insights into the rules and regulations of both the country and the company. This program acts as a platform for candidates to acquaint themselves with the workplace dynamics and the cultural nuances of the local area. It inspires and educates them regarding their roles and obligations as employees within the particular organization. Through the implementation of this orientation program, we ensure that candidates are adequately prepared and empowered to acclimate to their new work setting, promoting a seamless transition and laying the groundwork for a fruitful employment journey.
